Unlike professional radio hospital, community, and student radio stations can often be a place for experimentation- where you can take the time to test ideas out and take a risk on programming that is outlandish.  Ed Moss’ ‘Surreal Hour’ is a fantastic example of this.

We asked him to tell us a little bit about his history, about his programme, and to show us exactly what makes it ‘surreal’.

And with an eclectic radio experience such as Eds, we couldn’t resist asking him what the most unusual thing to happen to him on the medium was.
